We are those with an unrelenting passion for pet hospitality and tendering. Over a quarter of a century has now passed since our family began breeding and training German Shepherds for the physically challenged. We applied positive reinforcement, exercise, discipline and affection to our beloved little charges in order to make them into perfect best friends for these special people - who needed them most. Family you can always count on... We know people consider their pets to be furry family members. Many, many years ago we came to realize that there was no facility on the planet that we could feel comfortable leaving our beloved pets. As the years went by, we followed with keen interest the development of this pet hotel industry and have now achieved a harmonic balance between the needs of people and their pets. Now you can say that we're not only the family next door, we're also pet experts you can trust to lovingly care for your dogs and cats any day of the year.. How are we different? Here dogs don't stay in cages, they have private rooms. But they don't use them much because we usually keep them playing all day long in groups. Large groups, small groups - the size of the pet matters little. It's all based on temperament and energy level. Our experts Tenders can size up a pet in a matter of minutes - if not in mere seconds - and place them in a social environment unique to their temperament and energy level that's appropriate; healthy, safe and busy. When they go to their rooms for breakfast, lunch and dinner - and sometimes for a mid-morning or mid-afternoon break - they are tired, hungry and ready for a rest. When they've had enough of a break, they let us know! Most of the time the loudest sound you can hear in our pet hotel is the sound of the calm classical music playing in the background.
